Refund policy

Once the item is shipped, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted.

The following extenuating circumstances are acceptable for a full refund/exchange WITH a return (return label provided by Pinova).

• Critical Defects to the primary board or board basing (Physical imperfections included exceeding 3mm (about 0.1 inches)).
• Item lost in shipping (for this case, ignore the return requirement)
• Wrong item or color(s) delivered.
